BAKED BEANS (TO CAN) 
4 qt. dry navy beans
3 lg. onions
1 bottle catsup
3 1/2 qt. tomatoes or juice1/2 lb. brown sugar
1 c. sorgum (molasses)
6 tsp. salt
4 lbs. wieners, cut in 1/4-inch and fry

Soak beans overnight. In the morning, add salt and enough water to cook until tender; drain. Dice and boil onions and add to wieners. Now add tomatoes and rest of ingredients to the bans. Boil together for 15 minutes.

Put in jars and cold pack 1 hour or 10 minutes in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure. Makes 13 quarts.
