MRS. JOHNSON'S BAKED BEANS 
4 c. dry beans
1 qt. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. salt pork or bacon, cut fine
4 sm. onions, chopped

Soak beans overnight or bring to boil until skins will blow. Drain and add the rest of the ingredients. Add water to the top of the beans and cook for 45 minutes at 15 pounds pressure in pressure saucepan.
