HAM AND ORANGE SALAD 
1 clove garlic, cut into halves
2 c. diced, fully cooked, smoked ham
2 med. stalks celery, thinly sliced (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1/3 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. half & half
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Rub salad bowl with garlic. Mix ham, celery, walnuts, onions and orange segments. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, mix remaining ingredients; pour on salad and toss. Makes 5 servings.
