SOUR CREAM PIEROGI DOUGH 
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup dairy sour cream

Mix the three ingredients to make a soft dough. Allow the dough to rest covered for 1 hour.

Roll out 1 small piece of dough at a time, thin on a lightly floured board. Cut and fill with your favorite filling (cheese, ricotta, etc.)

Cook in boiling, salted water, until they float.

Serve with fried onions and dairy sour cream. Enjoy!
