PINEAPPLE CAKE AND FROSTING 
2 eggs

Beat until light and fluffy. Add:

20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix well by hand. Do not use mixer. Add 1 cup walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes in 9 x 13 pan.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
