CLIF'S FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP
PEPPERMINT KISSES
 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. (6 oz.) Hershey semi-sweet dainties
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract

Beat egg whites until foamy throughout, then add cream of tartar. Beat until egg whites are stiff enough to stand in peaks, but not dry.

Add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time to egg white mixture, beating thoroughly after each addition. Fold in semi-sweet Dainties and peppermint extract. Drop from teaspoon onto foil and bake for 25 minutes in a 300 degree oven.
