CHOCOLATE MINT KISSES 
2 egg whites
Pinch of cream of tartar
1 c. chocolate chips (mint) or 1/8 tsp. peppermint
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar

Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar until very stiff. Add food coloring if desired. Add sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time. Add chips. Put layer of brown sack or foil on cookie sheet, then a layer of waxed paper. Drop cookies on cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put cookies in oven and turn off oven and let cookies set overnight.
