SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 med. onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 med. size green pepper
4 shallots, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 lbs. lg. shrimp
2 tbsp. Holland House white cooking wine
Olive oil, corn oil, or peanut oil (enough to saute)
Seasoning (McCormick)
1 tsp. Chesapeake bay seasoning

Chop all seasoning. Saute until tender. Add shrimp. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Serve alone or over rice or pasta.
