SMOKEY SALMON BALL 
1 (15 oz.) can red or pink salmon, drained, deboned & flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2-1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/3-1/2 c. finely chopped celery

Combine all ingredients except celery. Shape into ball and chill at least 2 hours. Roll in celery. Serve with crackers or celery sticks.
