SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
1 bag hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1 can potato soup
1/2 can milk
1 chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Mix sour cream, soup, milk, onion, salt, pepper to taste. Pour over frozen potatoes. Mix well.

Pour into 9x13 inch glass cake pan. Bake 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8. Garnish with paprika if desired. Grated cheese can be added.
