PINEAPPLE CAKE 
Cake:

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can crushed pineapple & juice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda

Mix together by hand.

Bake at 330°F for 45 minutes in 8 X 12 pan.

Icing:

1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup canned milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cook together (except vanilla). Add vanilla and pour over cake as soon as it comes from the oven. Sprinkle coconut on top.
