PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. water
Dash salt

Have pans greased with butter (I used 2 pizza pans).

Mix all ingredients above in iron skillet. Cook on medium until all is melted. Add 2 cups raw peanuts. Continue to cook and stir all the time. When candy turns light tan color, test by dropping some in cold water to form a hard ball. Cook about 3 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Stir in fast and pour into pans immediately.
