GRANDMA'S PEA SOUP 
1 lb. split peas
3 qt. water
2 onions, quartered
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1 ham bone
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Boil 30 minutes. Then simmer 2 1/2 hours.
