3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. water

Beat egg white until stiff. Mix dry ingredients. Add sour cream and oil. Beat until smooth. Mix water and yolk until creamy. Then fold in egg whites. Need waffle iron.
