SWEET AND SOUR HAM BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ham loaf mix
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 egg
Onion powder; optional
Garlic powder; optional
Pepper; optional

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard (wet)

Mix the meats, crackers, and eggs and optional items together. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Place in baking pan.

Mix the sauce together and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until nice and brown.
