CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 c. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 c. butter
6 eggs
3 tbsp. vanilla extract
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour large round cake pan. Beat sugar, butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, eggs and vanilla extract on low speed of mixer, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes. Beat in flour for 10 minutes. Pour in greased pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 70 to 80 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Serves 15.
