RICE PUDDING 
1 can condensed milk
1 can whipping cream (use the condensed milk can)
1 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt
About 6 cloves

Cook the rice in the water and milk (with the salt and the cloves). When all the liquid is absorbed and rice is soft, add the condensed milk and the whipping cream. Let it cook for 1/2 minute. Serve cold sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
