GRANDMA BARBARA'S FOUR LAYER PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding (prepared per pkg. directions minus 1 c. milk)

1ST LAYER: Mix butter, flour and nuts. Press into a long Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Cool.

2ND LAYER: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

3RD LAYER: Spread prepared pudding over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
