MARSHMALLOW SNOWBALLS 
2 lg. pkg. lg. marshmallows
2 pkgs. Kraft caramels
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. box Rice Krispies
2 sticks butter

Into pan on low heat add butter, caramels, condensed milk and cook together until blended and soft. Stir often. Put a marshmallow on an ice pick and dip into caramel mixture to coat and then dip into Rice Krispies. Takes about 2 hours if you've already unwrapped the caramels. Makes 100.
