Vanilla ice cream
Crushed peppermint candy
Shredded coconut (opt.)
Chocolate sauce

1. Make ice cream balls with an ice cream scoop. Place ice cream balls in freezer to keep from melting.

2. Take ice cream balls from freezer one at a time and roll in crushed candy and coconut.

3. Put snowballs back in freezer until ready to serve.

4. When ready to serve, put each snowball in small dish or cup and pour chocolate sauce on top.
