CHEESY CHOWDER 
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Dissolve bouillon in water - add potatoes, mixed vegetables and onion. Cover and simmer 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until Cheez Whiz is melted and chowder is hot.
