2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice & all)
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix by hand until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes in greased, floured pan.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Blend first 4 ingredients in bowl with mixer. Add nuts and mix by hand. Spread on cooled cake.
