4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
Grated lemon rind of 1 lemon
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. meal
1 tbsp. flour

Pour into pie shell and bake as egg custard, about 40 minutes or less on 300 degrees.
