HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp. salt 1 med. onion, grated or minced 1/2 c. milk 1 c. melted butter, divided in half 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed corn flakes Mix together the sour cream, soup, salt, onion and milk. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and hash browns. Place in a 9"x13" pan and top with shredded cheese and crushed corn flakes, then drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8. |
