1 med. fryer chicken
2 cans Hungry Jack biscuits
Flour
Butter
Pepper

B oil chicken until meat comes off the bone easily. Take chicken off the bone. Chop into small pieces. Put back in broth. Turn on low heat and roll biscuit on floured wax paper, one at a time, until flat and thin. Then cut in strips, break off mouth size pieces and drop in simmer broth. Add about 3/4 stick of butter and black pepper to taste.
