UNCLE MARK'S SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Summer squash, sliced 1/2" thick
2 onions, minced
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing for chicken

Cook several squash slices 1/2 inch thick. Mince 2 onions and boil with squash until semi tender. Drain and set aside. Mix 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream with the mushroom soup and set aside.

Cook 1 package of Stove Top and in a large casserole layer 1/2 of the squash and sauce mixture with 1/2 of the stuffing. Repeat another layer and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
