3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Whipping cream or Cool Whip
Yellow food coloring

Beat eggs well with water. Add flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla. Beat about 2 minutes. Drop by tablespoon on pan sprayed with Bakers Joy each time. Bake at 375 until light brown.

Remove from oven and fold at once and hold down with a knife handle until set. Fill with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Color a little Cool Whip yellow and put in center.
