HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. shortening

SAUCE:

1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Meatballs - combine first 5 ingredients. Mix and shape meat mixture into 30 balls. Roll in flour; brown in shortening; drain excess fat. Sweet and sour sauce - drain pineapple, measure syrup, add water to make 1 cup. Blend with cornstarch. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Cook until thick and clear. Add pineapple, green pepper, and pimento; mix well.

Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
