PEACH CRUNCH 
3 c. peaches, sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour, self-rising
1 c. sugar
1 egg
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Place peaches in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix flour, sugar and egg until lumpy. Spread this mixture over peaches. Pour melted butter on top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
