CHICKEN AND RICE SALAD 
1 chicken, cooked
2 c. rice, cooked
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. black olives
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Italian dressing

Remove chicken from the bone and flake. Mix all ingredients together in large serving bowl and chill one hour.
