CHICKEN SALAD MOLD 
2 cans boned chicken, flaked
2 lg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
1 whole bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
Celery seed to taste
Accent to taste

Add gelatin to 1/2 cup cold water. Heat soup, milk, cream cheese and blend. Add gelatin to hot mixture, let set two minutes. Stir until gelatin is dissolved; add chicken and seasonings, bell pepper and onions. Mold and refrigerate until firm.
