PIZZA DOUGH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
2 to 3 c. flour

Melt butter in milk. While melting, mix yeast, sugar, and 1 cup flour. Add liquid to flour and stir. Add remaining flour as required. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 2 hours before use. For whole wheat crust, use 1 cup whole wheat flour with yeast and sugar and 1 to 2 cups all-purpose flour as needed.
