PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. cooked rotini (or macaroni)
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown onion, green pepper and sausage and drain. Add tomato sauce, water and spices and simmer for five minutes. Stir in the mushrooms, rotini and 3/4 of the cheese. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
