PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
2 cans drained pineapple chunks
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. (roll) Townhouse crackers, crushed

Line greased baking dish with pineapple. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Mix crushed crackers, sugar and flour and cover the cheese.

Melt butter and add pineapple juice. Pour over top of mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold.
