CHEESE TARTS 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sifted flour
Heavy jam or jelly

Blend butter and cream cheese. Add sifted flour and mix well. Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut dough into 2 1/2 inch squares. Fill squares with heavy jam or jelly (peach, raspberry and marmalade recommended). Lap over 2 of the corners (opposite corners); turn in the corners. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
