JACKPOT 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) rotini pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. chili powder
Dash of pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook rotini according to package directions. Saute the ground beef and onion together. Remove any excess fat. Add salt, chili powder, and pepper; mix well. Add soup water, cooked rotini, red kidney beans, and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, until cheese melts, or microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes, stir part of the way through cooking time. Add cheese in the last minute of cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
