ZUCCHINI SOUP 
3 lb. hot Italian sausage
3 c. celery, chopped
2 lbs. fresh zucchini, chopped
1 c. chopped onions
2 qt. tomatoes or juice
2 tsp. sugar
2 green peppers, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sweet basil

Cut up sausage and brown. In heavy kettle add all ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
