APPLE BLOSSOM CAKE 
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cups vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
4 cups diced apples

Beat eggs and sugar until light. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the oil and vanilla to the sugar and eggs. Mix all together and add the pecans and apples.

Bake in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 350°F for 65 minutes.

This recipe makes a cake, and it should not be confused with any commercially available pastries.
