CHEESECAKE COUPLETS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
Fresh fruit for topping

Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla with mixer until blended and smooth. Line 24 cupcake tins with foil baking cups. Put a vanilla wafer in each one. Fill 3/4 with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Chill overnight and top with fresh fruit.
