CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
(Fruit of your choice)

Beat cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Top with fruit of your choice. (Strawberries are great!) Chill about 4 hours.
