SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onions
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice & pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. oil or drippings
3 tbsp. Wondra flour
1 1/2 c. beef broth

Mix meatballs ingredients and shape into 1" balls. Brown on all sides in drippings. Remove from pan. Stir flour into drippings. Add broth slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, simmering until thick and smooth. Add meatballs to gravy and simmer 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen meatballs.
