STRAWBERRY CAKE | |
2 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 1 lg. Cool Whip 2 (1 lb.) angel food cake, cubed Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries, juice and all. Let thicken in refrigerator until thick enough to add 1 large Cool Whip. Fold in well. Pour over angel food cake cubes which have been put into a large angel food cake pan or 9 x 13 pan. Let set overnight. Run a knife along edges. If an angel food cake pan, turn upside down on a cake plate. Frost with Cool Whip, garnish with fresh strawberries. |
