STRAWBERRIES EN CHEMISE 
1 pt. unhulled strawberries, with stems
1/2 (6 oz.) can ready-to-spread cream-cheese frosting
1 tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur

1. Gently rinse strawberries with cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.

2. In Small glass bowl, combine frosting with liqueur until blended. Soften in microwave oven 10 seconds on medium, stirring after 5 seconds.

3. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Holding a strawberry by its stem, dip bottom two thirds of berry into frosting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
