BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING 
Mix together 1 cup salad oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon each pepper and paprika, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt and 1 tablespoon each lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually mix this into 1/2 cup (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese. Chill, covered, for at least 6 hours to mellow flavors. Makes 1 3/4 cups dressing; allow 1 tablespoon dressing for each cup of salad greens.
