CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
2 - 3 lb. chicken
1 onion
5 - 6 stalks celery
10 oz. dry spaghetti
1 can cream of chicken
1 c. Velveeta
Salt and pepper to taste

After boiling the chicken, add celery and onion to broth and simmer 10 minutes. Bring to a boil and add spaghetti. Cook 10 minutes longer. Add the rest of the ingredients, place in a large baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
