LEFSE 
1 lb. instant potatoes
6 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1 c. cream
1 tsp. salt

Mix potatoes, water, butter, cream, sugar and salt. Let stand until cold. Add flour. Mix well into soft dough. Follow baking procedure for fresh potato Lefse.
