POULTRY MARINADE | |
Turkey or chicken 1 pt. Sauterne wine 1/2 c. salad oil 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 (6 oz.) bottle soy sauce 1 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. Accent Blend all ingredients together. Pour marinade over thawed poultry either in large covered container or plastic bag. Seal tightly and place in refrigerator for at least two hours - I prefer overnight. Baste with marinade while roasting, broiling or barbecuing. For 15 pounds meat you need 1 1/2 time the marinade. |
