HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 
1 3/4 c. whiskey or rum
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 1 month. Stir before serving.
