2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. can tomatoes, drained
1 bottle Heinz tomato catsup with vinegar
1 lg. onion
1 bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
Dash hot sauce

Brown meat (drain all fat) and add other ingredients. Cook about 2 - 2 1/2 hours very slow or cook in crock pot about 6 or 7 hours or until onion and peppers are soft. Cut onion and pepper in half and remove when done.
