HAMBURGER BAR-B-QUE 
1 lb. ground round of beef
2/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
Salt
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped

Fry meat until red is gone. Mix all other ingredients together and simmer 20 minutes. Add meat to sauce and simmer 10 minutes longer. Serves 8 on hamburger rolls.
